In 2007, our legacy took a bold step forward with the launch of our San Antonio office, an expansion led by industry veteran Jason Hall. What began as a regional footprint quickly evolved into one of Pathfinder’s most dynamic and fastest-growing divisions.
Jason grew the San Antonio office from the ground up, one relationship at a time. Relying on referrals, client trust, and a relentless commitment to service, he uncovered a significant gap in the Texas market: risk management for the multifamily real estate sector. With a sharp understanding of the industry and a hands-on approach, the team carved out a niche serving real estate investors, syndicators, and property managers across the region.
Instead of focusing on high-volume sales, the San Antonio team prioritized long-term relationships, helping clients grow their portfolios while maintaining 100% client retention. This relationship-first philosophy continues to define the way we do business.
