She previously served as a Contact Center Team Lead and Supervisor for Connexus Resource Group and Global Response, where she managed direct reports, directed KPI reporting, led onboarding and training programs, and oversaw complex client campaigns across various account operations. Her background also includes facility management and crisis response at the East-West Center in Hawaii, as well as healthcare support roles.
