Jason leads Pathfinder’s San Antonio office and has specialized in insuring multifamily apartment communities since 2005. With a background in financial planning and a finance degree from Oklahoma City University, he brings an investor-focused approach to commercial insurance. He works closely with apartment owners, syndicators, and management companies nationwide, advising on coverage strategies for acquisitions, refinances, and long-term portfolio protection.
Over the past two decades, Jason has become a trusted resource for multifamily investors, brokers, and asset managers, offering clear guidance through changing insurance markets. He is known for simplifying complex coverage structures and helping clients make informed decisions that protect both cash flow and asset value. Jason holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and serves on multiple carrier advisory councils. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, skiing, and watching college football with his wife, Kimberly, and their two sons, Ethan and Wyatt.
