Before joining Pathfinder, Enily gained valuable experience as a Case Processor in the insurance industry, where she managed documentation, streamlined administrative processes, and supported performance and compliance initiatives. She is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, where she earned a degree in Human Psychology with a minor in Sociology, strengthening her ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs.
